This document serves as the highest level of procedure, any orders or documents that contradict statements and the provisions found in this document are considered invalid. This document is to be used as guidelines for all Law Enforcement Agencies operating in the State of San Andreas.

We want to start off by saying thank you for taking the interest and willingness to join our departments. As an officer, you must always strive to maintain a positive attitude and represent our departments with integrity, professionalism and respect. This document applies to all departments. It is your responsibility to understand, memorize and apply the SOP to your everyday duties. Whilst a lot will be thrown at you. You are expected to keep learn and keep up. All officers are held to the HIGHEST of standards. Finally, Welcome to the family.
