BAIL PROTOCOL

To Bail a suspect out they must pay 20% of their total fines on the spot and it must be confirmed as paid before they can be released. Any and all confiscated items will not be returned to the suspect and the report title must be changed to bail and this bail form filled out correctly Bail Form: SOON

Once you have filled out the form and gotten all details the suspect may be released on the spot from the cells and must not commit any felonies or misdemeanors whilst out on bail or they will be arrested for their additional charges and placed on a Held Until Trial in prison which means the suspect will be jailed for the 9’s until their court date is due.

9’s = 99999999999 Months (An infinite amount of time until the court date is due.)
